Gaining weight?

Can it be possible 2 gain weight over the weekend???? Yes i was bad this weekend, but can u gain in 2 days or can it be water gain?

    weight fluctuates like crazy! It's probably just water weight - if you ate more than normal over the weekend it's possible your body is just retaining water from too much sodium. My weight fluctuates all time between 1-2 lbs. Very frustrating!

    mostly water or bloat gain...we all go up and down a few lbs..especially around that TOM..its normal. we dont always lose each month..or bodies are complicated things. our hormones fluctuate each day and can add to the few lbs gain. myself i go up and down 5 lbs all the time.

    I can gain in 1 day like 5lbs if I eat too much crap!
    its possible we hold on to all that sugar, sodium, and water!

    just gotta move on and stay on track to lose it, no amount of exercise can undo bad choices.

    I agree that it's more likely to be sodium fluctuations, but, yes, you can gain weight in 2.5 days! You know the math--3500 calories is a pound. I can, unfortunately, eat and drink 5000 extra calories in a bad weekend. I am not preaching, because I totally have a "lose it during the week, blow it on the weekend pattern," but I once heard it explained using a money metaphor--if you put $20 into the bank every weekday and spend $100 every weekend, you are not going to get very far. True for me! Hope it's gone soon for you.

    It's likely water retention. Drink lots of water to help flush your system out. :)

    Thanks everyone, I'll try not to over eat on the weekends!!!!! I worked hard to be where im at and i want to loose 5 more pounds to get my 2nd goal done!!!!!! I just cant believe u can gain so much in 2 days!!!!! Starting my track again tomorow!!!!
