Hi ,
found this app for my iphone. I am a mom of three and I used to do a lot of running biking etc but after each child I let myself go more and more. I do not have a lot of weight to lose but I want to take better care of myself and live a healthier lifestyle. I also want to be a good example to my kids as well and show them how important it is to stay active and fit. Also I just moved a few months ago bc my husband had a job transfer. That sorta got me in a rut since I do not know anyone here. It would be nice to meet some people with the same goals to keep things interesting. Send me a request if you need a friend as well. :)
