Hi. I am Troy. I lost close to 50kg over one year ago (126.2kg down to 76.5kg) and have put about 10 kg back on. I am really stuggling with the last 10 kg to get to ideal body mass. Anyone with pointers, I will be glad to try it out. I excercise every day, mostley in the morning and eat within range. Anyway I am obviousley new to the site so welcome any friends or help. Good luck to everyone.
