Pumpkin Seeds! They're easy to eat like nuts, and just as good or better for you. :happy:0

As you can see from my MFP name, I won't be giving up the chocolate.
However, I *have* modified what I use for my chocolate intake. Instead of chocolate candy, I make up my own version of McD's Mocha Frappe. Tastes great, fewer calories, I know exactly what goes in it, and I feel like I'm getting a substantial amount of a treat.
For something different than almonds, I try pistachios or shelled walnuts. I think about any nut would do, but the hardness and sweetness of nuts vary. Sometimes it just offers up a little variety to break up the monotony.

The other day I decided to cut my carrots up in "coins" instead of sticks. I don't know why, but I found they were more satisfying for a crunchy snack that way! lol Like I was eating chips, only orange... and healthy! :happy:0

How do you make your frappe? I've got mine down to about 43 cals, but I'd be curious to know how you do yours.0 -

This is going to sound a bit silly but instead of chocolate I make a cup of Vanilla Tea. It smells like cookies and it tastes like...well vanilla Tea. I totally trick my body into thinking that maybe we've had some cookies and its only like 15 calories with the sugar/milk.0

I alternate roasted edamame with my servings of almonds. And even have dark chocolate covered roasted edamame that I enjoy mixed in there as well.0
