A little re-introduction!

So I joined a while ago, started losing, and hit a pretty decent bump in the road! I felt like complete poo for close to a month, just groggy, felt like sleeping all the time, couldn't get my business together, and honestly felt like I had a constant buzz. Not cool, not cool at all. After like, 3009847987 doctor's appointments (ok, that MAY be an exaggeration!) we realized it was my blood sugar. It was really freaking low...all. the. time. Like, for real. I kept track for a week before we did a blood glucose test just to be certain. One day I decided to push it, I ate enough sugar that I should have been in a coma. My blood sugar was 60. So I'm hypoglycemic, I'm also wheat and gluten intolerant. So I've basically had to do a major upheaval of my eating habits. We just moved into a new apartment, much nicer, better build, nice neighborhood for running...so I'm restarting my journey! While my scale is at the old apartment until tomorrow when I go to grab it, I'm sure I'm about 190-195 right now. I did WW about 2 years ago and was able to go from 185 to 160 in about 4 months, just dieting. No exercise at all. I've never really been able to break past 160.
To be honest, I'd be content at a healthy 160. I'm 5'8 and have a LARGE chest, so a good couple of extra pounds is contributed to the ladies. I've always felt comfortable at that weight, and I would honestly be happy. Now, if I'm able, I'd love to get to 145. Buuut I also don't know if that would look gross on me because of my chest. At 160 I already look ridiculously top heavy, I'm not sure if 145 would push it or not. Hopefully I'll be able to see
I'd love to get to an 8 minute mile in 6-8 months. I don't know if that's a long time to reach that goal or what, but I'm also coming off a heavy smoking habit. It's not so much my legs that are the issue, I'll push through pain no problem. My lungs? Not so much. So I'm going to begin tomorrow by doing a mile, probably run half and walk half. But I'll get it in there! I also want to start doing 30 day shred and yoga, then go to p90x after I've warmed myself into fitness. I literally never exercise. It's gross.
So that's pretty much my weight and fitness goal. Personally, I'm starting a new job on the 13th, I'll be working full time as an optical coordinator at a new Vision Works store going in down the street. It's probably one of the best jobs I've ever had, career wise, and I'm excited. So I've got a LOT of change going on, but I'm welcoming it. I think a pretty complete life overhaul is what I need. Besides the husband...I think I'll keep him!
So that's me, re-introducing myself. I'm sticking to it this time, no excuses! I can't wait to get back into the swing here!! And feel free to add me if you're looking for friends and inspiration, I love doing challenges and such with others, and talking about different aspects of life!

I am a newbie here and am inspired by your dedication. I would love to follow your progress and be motivated by your with your own motivation. I too am a chesty broad and was wondering if getting to my goal weight of 125 would make these girls be more prominent then they already are. I guess it is a wait and see game but I'm willing to go for it.0
