    thanks for the adds for those of you who added me...

    just a thought, do you find people of the opposite sex who are on MFP to be more motivating?

    I'm straight but i was of the opinion that seeing another bloke lose weight would be more motivational (as we share similar physical traits) but i've found thats not always true!
