No white sugar, flour, or rice...

This is what my doctor told me to do, is any one else doing this? I want to do this te healthiest way possible, so that it stays off for good! Last week I just restricted calories but I know I need to do more then that to lose 70lbs! Any thoughtsnor advice?

    I don't eat any of the above, and I don't eat any kind of bread or pasta either. Once you don't have them for about 1-2 weeks you will not crave them anymore. :smile: Good luck on your weight loss journey.
