Looking for suggestions on good inexpensive HRMs and Yoga for beginners dvds...any ideas are greatly appreciated...thanks!

Walmart has HRM's that calculate calories burned for like 30, but they are the kind you just strap on your wrist with no chest strap and I don't know how well they work...
... I suppose that's not very helpful, huh? Sorry, maybe someone else can tell you more... lol 0
