Jumping June Health & Fitness Challenge {Closed Group}

Monday morning check in!! How was everyone's weekend? What were 3 good choices you made and what is 1 thing you will work on for next weekend as you press towards your goals?
For me:
3 Good choice: (1) I stuck to my planned workouts (2) I kept journaling on here (3) Good food choices: I was craving ice cream and I got it but didn't get a whole pint just 2 scoops! I went to a cook out and had a hotdog and 2 scoops of sides no seconds and no overeating! All the cute men around may have helped me with that!
1 to work on: My water intake or keeping better track of it. My goal was 60oz a day and I am sure I was close but I really didn't keep track the way I did during ther week. Its easier to keep track at work that's for sure! I am going to buy one of those mini jugs this week!

Okay...I'll share.
Good Choices:
Resisted the urge to eat starches..
Reached my calorie limit with large portions of proteins.
Had 2 great workout days.
Focus for this week:
Staying away from beer cognac! I couldn't eaten another steak instead of wasting the calories on drinks!0
