What does hungry feel like to you?

For me, hungry feels like every cell in my body is calling out for food, almost like an ache all over my body.

What is hungry like for you?

    It hurts alot, its like period pains or a cramp in your stomache.
    IT just feels like the tissue in my belly is being ripped to shreads.
    And the rest of my body gets very delicate, it doesnt ache but if anything touches me its like it punched me instead.

    My stomach tightens and releases, rumbles and I feel nauseous

    hmmm feels like you have eaten a sponge which is sucking you dry!! I can feel it right now even drinking 2 litres of water as am doing now to fill it up is not enough.

    Hunger is a headache, a burn in the middle of my stomach, and the grumbling for me.
