How long has it taken you to see results? One day I think I can tell a differnce but others I dont. I think it is my mind playing tricks on me!!

When I started working out more I noticed results in about a month of so. I have been doing this since January and have lost 31 pounds. You will see the results...if you stick to your plan..everyone is different. But you can do this! Good luck to you!0

I had two people comment on the same day and I'd lost 11 pounds at that point. Personally, I can't see that much of a difference, but I'll take their word for it!0

I saw a real difference in about a month (10 lbs down). Other people started noticing in about two months (15 lbs down).
The results will come! It's a little different for everyone. And if you think you see it, I'm sure the difference is there! Don't short yourself!0 -
I have not seen any difference physically...so thats discouraging. But i have lost 6lb in about one month...i am tagging along in this conversation because i am interested with those who lost weight, when was it physically noticeable??0

Take full body pictures (front, back, sides) when you start, measurements and your weight in a bathing suit or sports bra/shorts. If you can get a body fat % tested. I check once a month so I started Jan. 5 and took pics, measurements, and weight Feb. 5 - Mar. 5 - Apr. 5 - May 5- June 5 - you will see results or things you can improve on.0

It depends on the day lol. Some days I'm feeling really great and I feel like i can definitely see a change, but then other days I see nothing and wonder if the "change" I'm seeing is just my brain's wishful thinking lol.0

Just yesterday i went to the beach and my mom told me she could definitely see a difference it wasn't so much that she could tell i've lost weight rather i looked less puffy and bloated. i cant tell you exactly what she meant because i don't see a difference myself. i've lost a total of 8 lbs in the past 3 weeks which is when i started this journey but im hoping once i get to have lost 15 which is halfway from my goal i will see a difference.0

It took me a long time - nearly 20 pounds - because I wasn't seeing a significant difference where I wanted to see it. I wanted my hips and belly to shrink and my jeans size to go down, but no..... The fat was coming almost entirely off my upper torso and I was stuck with my size 14s. That first 20 pounds didn't even get me into smaller tee shirts, as the shirt still had to be long enough to cover my wide backside. That meant the bottom of the shirt had to be large enough to fit around my fat hips and belly. The next 10 pounds made a huge difference, though. Almost literally overnight just about everything in my closet was too large - tops and bottoms. I even had to move the driver's seat of my car forward.0

It took me a good twenty pounds to see the difference myself when I looked in the mirror. Pay attention to the small things like, being able to move your belt down a notch, or being able to take your jeans off without unbuttoning them. Sometimes those little things can fuel you to move on and push for those bigger things. :happy:0
