Staring over-- fairly new to this

Joined Feb 2011 lost 14lbs and gained it all back, could sure use some support. Am going back to tracking my food and exercise . Got off track as I fell down some stairs and could not exercise, then just got stressed and started to eat and eat. Work long hours so often it is hard to get on a schedule. Any suggestions would be great.

If you are ready to dig in and get going again...start your day with a plan. Fill out your food diary in the morning or even the night before.
Stick to your plan through out the day.
Check in here frequently for support and cheering on...YOU CAN DO IT.
be honest with yourself
don't accept any excuses
make this your priority for yourself...YOU DESERVE IT!
and don't look back...focus on small goals and keep your eyes ahead.
