I want to be in the fat burn zone!

Can someone please help me to figure out what my heart rate needs to be in order to be in the fat -burning zone, not cardio? I weigh 132, am 25 years old, and my resting heart rate is 74 beats per minute. Can you give me a formula or link me to an online calculator? Thank you!

You can have a look at this Web site :

I got a fun test done at my gym where they put on a mask and made me work out. It gave me my base rate and top rate that I want to stay under to not burn sugar. I think that it's sooo different for everyone that you should consider getting a test like that done and an online calculator won't be as accurate.0
