    Do cardio and strength training together... you can burn fat and build muscle at the same time... in fact, building the muscle will help with burning the fat.
    Do you have a routine worked out?

    How are my weight-liftin' ladies doing???

    I had an off weekend... eating and workouts were both blah. I took today off... seriously, no human interaction at all. I'm feeling better now.

    Morning!

    Lifted last night.

    Bench press, 2 sets of ten @ 55. 1 set of ten @ 60 (:drinker: )
    Did lunges and squats in between sets. Then did planks until I couldn't move any more. Haha!

    tonight I might do Cardio kickboxing or Cardio Strip tease....need to limber up!!

    did chest and back Monday. got three sets of 60 on bench press and incline press. :drinker:

    Tried out a new video last night... Tony Horton's One on One JUST ARMS video. Woo :) Classic style weight lifting.
