Hey everyone! I'm new here and really hoping to find my groove and hit my weight loss goals! I'm excited to finally move forward with my weight loss efforts and find it inspiring to see what others have accomplished. My username is a reflection of what I HOPE to be sometime soon!

I don't have a ton of weight to lose, but I've found that the extra weight I do have is extremely stubborn and if I want it to go I need to really buckle down and make it happen. I would love to feel confident again in my pre-baby shorts and t-shirts this summer! :) Looking forward to using this great resource and meeting like-minded people!

    I have been a member for almost a year. I have lost the weight I wanted and do it now to maintain. I love it and you will too. Just log on everyday and be honest. Try to limit your processed and fast foods. If you cook it you can usually make it healthier and in turn will benefit greatly. One day at a time, Slow and steady what ever works. Just don't give up. It takes a little getting use to before you realize what is good and what is not. Take your time and educate yourself on nutrition and the rest will come.     Welcome!! Yeah, those few pounds nearest our ideal weights are the stubborn ones, for sure. This place is great (I'm pretty new myself), and I hope it'll help you reach that goal more quickly than you thought possible! :D
