Periodically the Challenge team will post a mini challenge for the day to keep you motivated and involved. These mini challenges are to inspire you to try something new, help you "think outside the box" and remind you how beautiful and unique you really are.

Today's mini challenge is as follows: The 30/30/30 Challenge

When working out today, whether it be at the gym or at home or wherever, you are challenged to add the following to your workout:
30 ab crunches
30 push-ups
30 deep squats

If this is already part of your regular workout routine, we challenge to you add on an additional 30 of each set and then post your results to this thread.
