Power Plates?

Hi everyone :)

A local gym offers quite reasonably priced Power Plate classes... I'm tempted!

I know they don't do wonders for your cardiovascular fitness, but I'm loving the sound of the toning / fat burn / inch loss... Anyone have any experience of these type of sessions?

I'd never go in expecting the miracles the promo hype promises, but I'd like to know they'll do at least some good before I part with any cash :p
