I'm new to actually doing this even though I made an account awhile ago. I've been doing it for a couple days now, keeping track of my calories and this is working wonderfully so far. I'm not wanting to lose weight, my problem is my husband is deployed and I never eat enough when hes gone because I do not enjoying cooking nice dinners for myself when he is gone. This is helping me stay healthy and making sure that I am eating enough with as much as I work out daily.
