Apple Cinnamon Muffins
2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart Mix
2/3 Cup Almond Milk (original)
1/4 cup Egg substitute
1/3 cup Ideal Brown Sugar substitute
6 tbspns ground flax seed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp chai spice blend seasoning
1/2 of medium apple diced (unpeeled)
3 tbs apple cinnamon Jelly (or apple preserves; can be low or sugar free)
Spray coat 12 muffin pans with cooking spray
Bake at 400 deg for 17 - 20 minutes

They are 236 calories for TWO muffins (without a low sugar jelly or preserve... lower sugar or sugar free would be even lower calorie) and they are Yummy !0
