workouts in tampa,florida!!!

Hey! Anyone live in the tampa bay area that would like to train for any marthathons or just pick up some running around the area that would be awesome! Around the bay are wonderful places and a ton of beaches :)

    There is a great running trail on Courtney Campbell Cswy which is great for running/or biking.
