You'd think how good I felt late last year after losing 30 lbs using MyFitnessPal and how generally crappy I feel these days would be all the motivation I need to get back on the wagon but it's not.
I used MFP religously last year and in very short order dropped 30 lbs (in less than two months). Kept it off for a long while even as my bad eating habits started to return. Was determined not to exceed 200 ever again and didn't for many months. Tons of energy, pants so loose they almost fell off, etc. etc.
I recently crept back over 200 and have since rapidly gained even more and am now sitting at 216.

This is my 3rd time back on MFP! Praying 3rd time is the charm! Don't beat yourself up about it! Just start anew!!!! Good luck!0 -
Did you quit using MFP all together? Why did your old habits return?0

Don't be too hard on yourself. Look, you're back, right? Have at it, man! If you need some support, feel free to add me.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again...lalala...You can do it, you've done it before so you have all the proof you need. Everyone's had set backs, so everyone will be very understanding.0

Welcome Back -- you are in great company!!! Feel free to add me!0

Jump back in and make it a life style change not temporary diet. You did it once, you can do it again! I did the same thing, lost 20 lbs last year and gained 12 of it back. This year it is my goal to lose it and keep it off.0

understand completely! I let myself gain back 25 pounds. it is very frustrating. but, today I am back, day 1 of many, many good days. I am determined and have set some mini goals to help myself along the way. with the first one being to loose 10 pounds by July 4th. we can do this!!!!!0
