I used to use food to solve all my problems but now that thas no longer an option i've found myself relying on cigerattes and diet soda. I know that both items are bad for me but without them i think I'd fail. Anyone else like me? Whats YOUR clutch??

Diet soda is consistently my biggest! 100 cal pack snacks, esp in the begining of this effort i relied on them a lot! I can't be perfect, i just try to do better than i use to before this. and that is good enough for now! im slowly evolving!3697427.png

Peanut Butter and chocolate...sometimes together.
I eat either one whenever I have a craving and it helps me feel like I'm not depriving myself.

Ughhh...I hear ya. Coke Zero is my drug of choice. At this point I would rather have that than a snickers bar. It's bad and I know I'll eventually have to quit but not right now!

Strawberry sugarfree gum! Gets me through!
  • Chocolate, I know I can keep going if I allow myself chocolate everyday. Oh and tumblr, that helps keep me going.
