can you please help me, i had some pasta bake for tea, it says 125g for 151c is that including the pasta or not? thanks

    If it was under nutrition facts it includes all ingredients.

    thanks, still not sure i understand, i searched it in my phone, has some nutrients filled in like carbs, 10g but some n/a
