Hey MFP Fam,

So, today is my 22nd day of Insanity, and I'm going to admit, Im so ready to quit! I love it, but I hate it at the same time! I'm not sure what my issue is....are any of you feeling like this too!?!?!?!?

    I am a Insanity graduate and I did have that feeling! Insanity is mentally challenging! What kept me going was that I didn't want to stop something I started, that really bugs me! I just recommend re looking at your goals, your reasons for doing the workout and re-group your thoughts! Try changing up your workout time, maybe you you need more rest get some extra zzz's! And I almost forgot I wanted my T-shirt so I push to the end! Good Luck!

    I'm not sure if I need to buy new shoes, but my knees have been really bothering me a lot lately, so i've been sorta taking it easy, but then again, i have tried other shoes of mine, and have been fine. Thank you for reminding me about the t-shirt, cuz I sooooo want that! ha ha! Thanks!

    I only did it for maybe 3 days. I hated it. I hated the fact that you were supposed to do it everyday (besides the rest day)!!! I like to wake up in the morning and decide what workout I want to do that day.

    i love working out everyday, but i still am getting beat up! lol
