When to change my activity level

I currently have my activity level set at sedentary. As of the first of this month I have started working out. 30-40 minutes 3 days a week, weight lifting, walking, and steps. Plus I am doing the Hundred push- up challenge. I am a stay-at-home mom and so I am still not as active as a person working a job. So, any suggestions?

I would just keep it at sedentary and just log your work outs.. unless you are more active during your day (not including exercise time)0

I like to think of the activity level as "what is my life like minus my workouts?" For me that means sitting on my *kitten* at a computer all day - or sedentary. I log each of my workouts separately.0

Thanks, that's what I figured but needed a second opinion.0
