Has your body gotten use to ZUMBA's routines?

Are you ready for a Zumba change?

If so, I have a challenge for you.

Hello. My name is Angela and I've been doing ZUMBA since January & I absolutely LOVE it. Bad thing is, I know all of the moves by heart & it is no longer a challenge for me. So, I intend on changing the way I ZUMBA.

To get more of an intense cardio workout, starting next week, I'm adding weights to the routines. I'm going to start out by either using the 1 pound or 2 pound ankle weights & wrist weights.

Are you ready to change the way you Zumba?

    Sure I will join you. I use 5lbs when I do the toning part of the CD's....those shaking thingys just don't work for me. Add me.
