Cream Cheese Frosting

For everyone who loves cream cheese frosting I found a healthy recreation.

1/2 cup Fage 0% Yogurt - 65 calories
2-3 Splenda packets

This easy mix tastes like cream cheese frosting! For added flavor with only 10 calories add 10 raspberries!

    What is that Yogurt and where do I get it. I bet you it would taste good with agave as well instead of the splenda.

    That's a great idea! I love cream cheese frosting... and greek yogurt. I never thought to add sugar to make sort of a frosting with it. Def need to give it a try...

    Do you blend it to make it stiff or just stir with a fork?

    I use Fage 0%, you can get it at Hy-vee in the organic food section. I am sure you could use any plain greek yougurt though.

    I stirred mine with a fork since I take it to work for a morning snack :)
