Does anyone take a suppliment to get EFA's(essential fatty acids)?? One of the trainers at the gym was suggesting it to me but I'm not sure if he's doing it out of interest for my general well being or for the sake of pushing a product. If you've taken it, whats your experience been? Any good?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Guess why they're called essential fatty acids...they're essential. He's not trying to "push" anything on you, just trying to keep you healthy. You may not directly see results from taking a fish oil supplement for example, but it will make you healthier and your dieting will be easier. I take 6 fish oil capsules a day to make sure I have the proper amount of o3's.0

They have many health benefits. I think it's one supplement I would recommend to everyone.
I use flax in everything I make and take at least 3 fishoil caps a day.0
