I don't have an hrm so how should I log the zumba dvds? Aerobics or dance?

i think either would work, technically its dancying but i log it as aerobics

I log it as low-impact aerobics, wasn't sure what to list it under, what does everyone think? is it low-impact, general or high impact???0

I have a similar problem - i do pole dancing for fitness a few times a week, it's a mixture between strength and dancing. NFI how to log it!!!0
