I am beyond ecstatic because I have lost 25 lbs since February! Also, I'm proud to say that I have been exercising everyday the past week and a half!

I graduated P90X Lean a few weeks ago and just started my next round! I have gathered about 30 folks for a support thread and we are going to kick *kitten*!!

I have 25 fat pounds (need to gain 10 pounds of muscle) to go to get to my goal weight and body fat %. It's gonna happen by the end of August!

Accomplishment #1. I am 1 pound from my goal weight (puts me right smack in the middle of my BMI range)

Accomplishment #2. I have stuck with P90X for the 4th week (I am in the first recovery phase now and looking forward to bringing it for the next 2 months to finall complete the program!)

Sad but true my accomplishment is not having a cupcake in three weeks and counting. This was a problem binge food for me and I still crave them, but I've been good so far!

#1 - I actually take the stairs now instead of the elevator.
#2 - I've stayed under my calorie goal every day since joining MFP 57 days ago.

Been in a plateau for 5 weeks but I haven't given up.
I survived my 1st bootcamp workout today and it wasn't as bad as I'd feared.
I've made my goal of working out 4-5 days a week for the last 6 weeks.
(This one hasn't happened yet but) I'm track for my first 3500 calories burned week!

I finished the 90 day ChaLEAN Extreme a little over a week ago. I started out at 236 and am now at 213.6. I am pretty excited! I took a week rest and today I am restarting it because I really enjoy the workouts.

I wish I joined this place sooner though haha, it is really helpful!

Good luck on your goals everyone!! you can do it! :)

I've lost 28 pounds since the first week of March, and even though the scale hasn't budged in a little while, I'm really excited about my fitness accomplishments. I ran my first official 5k race yesterday morning. I It was AWESOME.

I fit into my high school bell bottoms. LOL They are still snug, but the fact that I can get them past my knees, let alone my butt, thats a huge victory. I hung them in my room for inspiration and it worked. Ha!

I'm down 44 lbs. in 4 months (since Feb 9, 2011). I haven't been this low since at least 2005, when I was pretty fit from cleaning stalls and riding horses daily, but still overweight because I wasn't watching what or how much I ate. Now, I'm doing at least 60 minutes of yard work every day. My body is getting stronger, and my yard is looking great. Getting back to horses next year is my goal.

I am proud of myself for going out to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants and NOT ordering my favorite mini cheese burgers & french fries! I ordered a big salad with Grilled Chicken & absolutely loved it! It was actually big enough to bring home and eat with my dinner the next day.

I reached my first goal weight.
Gave up soda completely and don't miss it at all.
Every single pair of pants/capri's that are in my closet now fit.
I've been going to Curves for 1 year now.

    - said I was going to exercise 3 days a week, but it's more like 5.

    - I can easily do an hour on the treadmill at 4.0 mph when I could barely do 10 minutes at 3.0 before I started losing weight.
    - I only have 5 pounds to go until I've lost 90 pounds.

I did 3 chin ups. Without the knee support thing.
