Sad but true my accomplishment is not having a cupcake in three weeks and counting. This was a problem binge food for me and I still crave them, but I've been good so far!0

I've made my goal of working out 4-5 days a week for the last 6 weeks.

I finished the 90 day ChaLEAN Extreme a little over a week ago. I started out at 236 and am now at 213.6. I am pretty excited! I took a week rest and today I am restarting it because I really enjoy the workouts.

I'm down 44 lbs. in 4 months (since Feb 9, 2011). I haven't been this low since at least 2005, when I was pretty fit from cleaning stalls and riding horses daily, but still overweight because I wasn't watching what or how much I ate. Now, I'm doing at least 60 minutes of yard work every day. My body is getting stronger, and my yard is looking great. Getting back to horses next year is my goal.0
