I'm stuck...and I haven't even gotten started

HELP! I have been doing MFP for 11 days now and have seen NO drop in weight. I am highly calorie conscious and feel like I am eating well -- far less than when I started this with more exercise.

    Hang in there. Keep doing what you are doing, eventually your body will let go of the stored fat. One tip- try eating 6 meals a day. Snack every 2-3 hours between 3 major meals. Check your protiens too. Add if you aren't meeting your daily goal. Add more water if you drink 2 large bottles a day try drinking 3.
