Hi all! I am new to mfp. Still quite confused about the whole dieting thing. I weigh 163lbs and looking to reach 135 or so. Don't know where to start or how to go. For now, I will be maintainging the 1200 calorie diet and hoping I get somewhere. I will be eating the weight watchers healthy choice meals as i really don't cook lol. That and we are cutting out diet soda. Wish me luck! Please feel free to give me tips and suggestions!! :)
