Hi everyone, I keep reading about people eating between 1200-1500 or 1700-1900 etc for zig zagging or just depending on the day, but I find myself eating between 1200-2200 sometimes 2300 calories. I average 1500-1700 but then I get really hungry and eat more, then the next couple days I'm not as hungry so I eat closer to 1200. I listen to my body and am pretty happy with the results, I'm not really losing scale weight more toning and losing size which is my goal. I was just wondering is it healthy to vary my calories by over 1100 day to day? My diary is open and accurate if you want to look at what I mean. I'm more active than I say I have stairs in my house that I'm always walking up and down but I don't count them in my exercise. Alot of my calories come from nuts they help keep me sane and work better for me than taking fiber, to say it politely lol. Is a 1/2 to 3/4 cup of good quality nuts a day too much?
