Sunflower Seed Butter

Just recently got some and I'm wondering if anyone has any recipes for it...I know it can be used like peanut butter but I'm wondering if there's other ideas.

    It's delicious mixed with honey drizzled over a cut up banana

    I went to my cousins house and made "chinese peanut butter chicken". Her father is allergic to peanuts so I decided on the sunflower butter.. It was a hit and all got gobbled up

    It's also really good if you spread it on a warm waffle!!
