ok, for those of you who have had bat wings, the sagging skin under your arms that keep jiggling after you stop waving, do they go away when you lose weight and tone up? or does the skin get more saggy?? Just wondering what to expect. Thanks for the input!

I haven't had bat wings, but I can say as a fitness instructor and a friend of those who have had bat wings that, with proper diet and EFFECTIVE exercises, they do go away.
*effective meaning you challenge yourself constantly to build strength (no barbie weights). Especially in the triceps, back, chest, and biceps.0 -
They sag worse - at least for me. I'm working on them, though. - free weights, weight assisted "dips" and multiple other arm exercises.1

In my house, they are called "grandma arms" and i can see mine already fading away and that's only after 16 lbs and exercising daily. I will be so happy when they go away. Then no one can play with them LOL0
