Open pyour diary for us. It could be the type of oatmeal you are choosing, the quantity, what you are adding to flavor it. How much youre ristricting your caloric intake and hoe recently (if you started this in the last couple of weeks your stomach is still getting used to feeling full after "proper" portions) What portion of your cals goes into your breakfast? 1/3? 1/2? 1/6? you may need to contribute more cals to breakfast to get you through the day. Honestly without seeing what youre eating we cant offer alot of help :(

I tend to be more hungry throughout the whole day when I eat an early breakfast or a "big" breakfast, so I try to wait as long as possible after waking up before eating my bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter, which is usually about 2 hours after waking. I start the day with 4 cups of water. I have found that oatmeal and peanut butter get me the fullest and it lasts the longest, with the least amount of calories. It works for me, but I still find myself really hungry on some days, because once I feed my body it's ravenous lol.

Adding protein to my breakfast has helped me get through the morning - and my morning workouts. I just read Jillian Michae's book "Master Your Metabolism". She says: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper (and add a pauper snack in there somewhere). It's an interesting read - kinda information overload, but it's helping me in some areas.
