    34 left to go, been doing sets of 30 then when i got up to 120 i decided to do 2 sets of 33 and last set of 34 :smile:

    I :heart: Squats like no other! 350 squats in 20 minutes!!!! If I have free time later tonight I might even do some more.

    Okay I'm having trouble walking down the stairs now, and I only managed to do 150! :( I hope to be able to do better the next time we do this mini challenge!

    My legs are pretty sore..they feel like they have been shredded. But I accept the challenge. I will be using a resistance band to complete the first 100...then I will be doing walking side squats for the other 220. Thanks for posting this challenge.

    Alright, I haven't done any squats in over 1.5 years, so I have done 120 of them so far today. I'm hoping to get the other 100 done later tonight (I'm going to hopefully go for a jog or brisk walk), but I was doing them in between my aerobic dance workout today.

    I did 11 sets of 10 and 1 set of 20 squats. I am trying to focus on my form for them. I need to keep my back straighter for the final 100.. I was getting a little lazy.. I can already feel it in my upper thighs though. OUCH!

    220 done!! 11 sets of 20 with 5 pound hand weights, my legs feel like jello:)

    i only managed 86. 55 were with weights. i did other exercises so my legs were too sore. sorry.i will try better next time.

    I finished the last 100. The last 20 were excruitiating! Pretty sure I was both sweating and crying at the same time. Hahaha. We shall measure by the soreness I feel tomorrow if it was worth it!

    & I have done way better than I thought so far I have done 4 sets of 25 and 1 set of 50 !! I hope to get the last 72 in 1 set !

    20 Side Lunge Squats (harder on my knees than I thought)
    80 Air Squats w/Weights

    If you feel pain and not just mascle fatigue your form may be to blame or you did too many in a row and pushed past your limit. Next time break them up throughout the day ;)
