New and hoping to keep up my motivation!

Hey everyone! I just joined a week or so ago. I'm Cathy. I'm 25 and a SAHM to my 16 month old and my 7 week old girls. I was always skinny as a teen but started gaining weight when I started college and began living off of fast food... in 2008 went from a good weight of 130 to 160 by end of that year. Was 167 when I got pregnant with my first in 2009 and, well another baby later, lets just say that number hasn't gone down. Not 100% sure how much I weigh exactly now since my scale broke(my toddler threw it around once too many times lol) somewhere between 170-185? But I'm 5'4 and would love to get back down to 125. I've never actually dieted or exercised before though so right now I'm setting a goal of weighing no more than 140 by this winter. Hoping to do better than that, but we'll see!

    Welcome to MFP and feel free to add me. I was always skinny before until my metabolism slowed down and it was no longer okay to live off of fast food, then after having my baby a year ago, I just hadn't lost the weight until now. I've lost all my weight here on MFP and now I'm in maintenance. This is a great place to be!
