90 calorie special K pretzel snack, air popped popcorn with spray butter and pop secret seasoning with one square of good dark chocolate. These are my favorites0

My 'go to' sweet snack is little peppermint patties. They're 50 calories each and 1 or 2 gets me over that craving. I also like Quaker carmel corn rice cakes for something sweet. I don't crave salty too much but I do like tortilla chips and salsa for salty.0

Ghiradelli Intense Dark Midnight Reverie 86% Cacao chocolate. Chocolate over 70% cacao is good for you. One square is 250 calories but when I'm craving sweets, that is the best and healthiest chocolate for you. There is something about dark chocolate but I don't remember for sure, it just tastes good at 11:00pm.0

My indulgence when faced with that craving is a Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Granola Bar. About 160 calories, and a bit high in sugar, but at least they have some good things in them as well. Offered on various nut flavors, they have protein and are highly satisfying for an afternoon snack. Add in an apple, and I'm good for my long stretch between lunch and dinner.0

My favorite snack for salty: Blue Diamond Natural sea salt almonds.
My favorite for sweet: ZonePerfect meal replacement bars. Their dark chocolate bars are to die for, and they count as a 'meal'0
