Im starting the 9 week programme today. I dont have an HRM and have been thinking how to record how many calories im going to burn. How many calories do you burn doing it??

I entered it using time - eg. 9 mins running, 23 mins walking. I didn't know speed either so I took a guess as a brisk walk (3.5 mph) and a slow run (5 mph).
I still don't have an HRM and contine to lose using MFP's estimates0 -
The vast majority of calorie burn estimators, including most HRM's, are wildly inaccurate. Just keep doing what you've been doing. As long as you're looking and feeling better, then you're doing it right.0
