Hi All,
From my understanding the Calorie Goal Amount should equal the Net Calorie Amount to maximize your diet? I average around 600 calories burned from exercise each day and haven't been able to move from 169 for a few days now. I want to make sure that I am dieting correctly. What do you think?
Also, I have read about weight loss supplements, but I'm not quite sure if they would be much help for me since I am trying to lose around 10-15 pounds and the weight loss supplements only really remove water weight...right?
Thanks,
Matt
