Just curious to hear some feedback from those of you who take supplements. Specifically fat burning supplements. A friend has started to take them (seriously) and I am just curious if with diet and exercise if they really work?
Thanks in advance for the the feedback.

I look at them all as gimmicks. Who knows maybe some work for some but I think anyone can accomplish the same results with out them. Only thing I take is a good ole regular multivitamin in the morning.0

Personally I avoid any sort of "fat burning" supplement, as many of them are nothing than caffeine or some form of it. Diet and exercise are a healthier way to burn fat. I do recommend a multivitamin or a protein powder (simply for convenience).0
