Jacket Potato toppings... help

Hi all.
I have a jacket potato for dinner tonight which in itself is quite a few carbs but I'm stuck with what to have as a topping. I usually have beans but they are also carb-full. Does anyone have any suggestions...? I'm a vegetarian and don't eat fish or like mayonaise! (Sorry to be awkward) Anything that doesn't fall into those categories?

If I can't think looks like it's beans and a trip to the pool!

Salsa, or a little low fat sour cream or greek yogurt, or 1/2 oz low fat cheddar cheese, or 1 tbls. low fat salad dressing.

Cottage cheese - good for your protein, or a vege chill or quorn mince type thing?
