Working out in the pool

HI Everyone,
Jsut wanted to get your opinion. I just recently started working out in my pool, IE: walking, jogging, swimming lps, jump jacks. leg lifts ect... I notice there is no way to track this on MFP. Should I just track it as normal walking or jogging ect.. I've read that working out in the pool gives more resistance, and I;m wondering of 30 minutes of walking in the pool is the same as 30 minutes of walking on the sidewalk.

If you go to this web address, you can get an estimation of calories burned based on your weight and the length of time that you you work out at different activities:

Water aerobics is an option at this site. Then you can add it to your exercises here.
