Good morning new to the site

Hi my name is Debbie and I joined fitness pal yesterday and so far am loving it. I loved the feed back when I finished logging yesterday. I need to lose 80+ so I need motivation! So far, I am find fitness pal to be rather easy to track with, I was shocked that all the foods I eat were already added - makes things easier. Here is to another great day!

    Good morning...... I am new as well. My friend and I joined to help motivate one another since we live over an hour away. Good luck with your journey. One thing I do when I don't want to go to the gym, I remind myself of how great I felt after my last workout and how great I am going to look in that cute dress. :)
