One goal down

As of today, I have lost 10% of my body weight. I am going to try to do that two more times (10% of today's weight, and then 10% of my second goal weight to reach my third) to get to what I consider healthy.

I'm very excited about moving to the second phase of my weight loss numbers.

I've had many NSV's along the way. I can fit into everything in my closet. I feel good about the exercise. I feel alot more energy. I'm starting to notice some new lines in my arm. But as great as all those were, reaching my first goal is something I'm really proud of.
