Ok, maybe someone can help clear up my confusion with this. These crackers claim to have 5 fiber, 7 carbs, 12 calories, 1 protein. However, if one carbohydrate contains 4 calories as well as protein containing 4 calories - how is it possible for the cracker to have such few calories?
