i have looked at that.. and to meet my goal.. by 6 months (christmas) i would have to start here.. its actually 1789 first week.. and decrease slowly from there.. i just need to quit oinking it at night.. so what is better protein or carbs? ive heard both..0

You need protein and fiber to feel full. So something wholegrain with cheese or meat. Or some nuts and fruit.
Try keeping breakfast and lunch at 400 calories then you will have 200 extra calories for the evening.0 -
a dude and fiber.. not a good combo.. but.. haha0
