I'M BACK! My summer is here and I am going to be off work for about 2 weeks. I am planning out ahead of time, I have cut my veggies, fruits & have made a delicious vegetable stew. All natural :) I need motivation. I really need to get on track and do something here. You all do it and so can I!

I want to find a group to join for MOTIVATION & SUPPORT but most of the ones are already started.

    I am not in a group, I just have a great group of friends that keep me motivated, everyday!

    And know, "YOU CAN SO THIS!" Although you look like you don't need to loose weight! :)

    I am not in a group either and have been looking to join one. I only have about 10 pounds to lose but my main goal is to stick to healthy eating and toning my body. I try to prep my meals as well, but my hardest part is eating healthy at work!

    I know I have to plan ahead and write everything down. I notice that when I am prepared and I do better. I need to manage my time wisely.
