I am needing to find some good shoes that will support my tendons while I work out. If anyone has ever had this condition and knows about shoes that would help please let me know. Thanks!

I have the same condition with my right foot. I got some inserts at Sports authority and they have helped a TON!!!! Before I was having to tape my foot and it was not so much fun trying to get that sticky crap off not to mention it really didn't help with the pain that much. Also my podiatrist suggested getting New Balance shoes as they have better arch support than most, so I got some New balance's with my inserts and I can hike, walk, run, workout you name it and no pain.

    Good luck to you!

I had major problems with plantar fascitis. I just got some inserts for my shoes that I already had and haven't had any problems since.

I got mine from the Walking Company, but I'm pretty sure those Dr. Scholl's machines at Wal-Mart are the same ones they use there.

I have it in both feel. I bought these inserts recommended by physical therapy called superfeet. I went to a store here REI and had them custom made to my feet, they heated up the cork and suctioned them to my arches to give perfect support for my feet. it helps a lot. they have just off the shelf ones too, I know so many people using them they are great! Worth a little extra then something like Dr. Shcolls. they do not collapse and really hold yor foot in better alignment.
